I have been a customer of 3 Brothers From China for 15 years, but I recently had two bad experiences. On August 5, 2009 I ordered from the lunch menu and ordered chow mein along with the main dish of Spicy Prawns and Scallops. The chow mein seemed to be kitchen leftovers from the previous day, as it had mushy texture and was cold in spots. It tasted like chow mein that had been in the refrigerator for a day or two and then reheated. I asked that they bring me steamed rice to replace the chow mein. Our greeter who claimed to be one of the owners approached our table and confronted me saying that there was nothing wrong with the noodles and that I was just trying to "make trouble." He left and returned about five minutes later and said that if I wanted hot noodles that were freshly cooked we should have ordered chow main as a main dish. My friend was offended by the terrible service and attitude and I was embarrassed that I recommended this restaurant.
