Diner reviews of D'Corazon
A diner from Denver Ballpark neighborhood
Jan 31, 2010
Located across Blake St. from the huge Rio Grande restaurant, how can a hole-in-the-wall Mexican eatery compete? EASY! Affordable, delicious food. While Rio is known for drinks and patio, D'Corazon is known for food. If you can live without the patio, D'Corazon's Margaritas will knock you down they're so strong!
I was lucky to find this place, we were waiting in line at Rio Grande and noticed D'Corazon was full. We were starving and walked across the street. I haven't been back to the Rio since and have talked two after-work parties into D'Corazon and everybody left happy.

I love this place! My kids do too. Any place that has been around for 40 years must be doing a lot of things right.

I frequently buy take-out chicken soup, which is excellent, from your East Boca Raton restaurant in Florida; however, I had mentioned to the young lady who served me that the preparer should be wearing gloves. She agree

This place definetely has the best green chile (and therefore the best food) of any of the Tex-Mex restaurants in that part of Denver. Way better than the Blue Bonnet, somewhat better than Bennies. The ambience is strai

The food and service at this restaurant was very poor. I suggest avoiding an establishment that could care less about providing quality food and service!
