Poor service ruined the dining experience. Queso was cold - sent it back and was good. Dinner arrived later - cold - no offer was made to make it right, so I gave up, paid my bill and left no tip. Food may have been good when fresh, but sat in the window too long.
Upstairs dining seemed quite popular, and may have provided better service.
