Prior to retiring and moving to Florida, I dined frequently at this spot. It is an excellent place to eat and most importantly the owner is in the kitchen most of the time, where he should stay all of the time.
The turkey and roast beef here are cooked in the kitchen.They actually roast 40 lb turkeys. Order a sandwich and you will know. Say hello to Linda the day bartender who is he greatest.

Old school small bar with great food. The bar is a fun place to hang out. When I was traveling consistently to Albany, this was my favorite place.

Recovery rocks, hands down. We love the freshly prepared tenders and pretzels, best place to grab a bite and watch the game in the area. Nothing else comes close.

Truely enjoyed my dining experience here. Margaritas where top notch as well as the Sangria. Pablano stuffed chile the best I have had. I am from out of town and wish there were mexican restaurants of this quality wher

Sadly as of 4/20/10 the doors are locked, the phone is disconnected, and there is a For Lease sign in front. The New Main Buffet has folded.

I had a wonderful evening at BFS recently...Never seem to disappoint me on Friday and Saturday nights...Specials are always top notch and I love the live guitar. Will be returning again very soon.
