Adobe Verde is located just off the Guadalupe River in historic Gruene, TX. Our food is prepared fresh daily and everything from the tortilla soup to the chimichanga is made from scratch. Come join us for a delicious meal or our award-winning margaritas. We have something for everyone! There are two full-bars, live music Thursday - Sunday and a huge playground for the kids. Liberty Bistro is a must stop when you are in the New Braunfels area and is definitely worth a drive if you are in San Antonio or Austin. They have a very diverse menu so whatever you are looking for they have it. The wine list is excellent as well
