Fusion cuisine combines elements of various culinary traditions while not fitting specifically into any. A popular concept in California and other metropolitan cities, it's a style of cooking that's been around since the early 60's. There are no set limits on what the menu can consist of and the possibilities are almost limitless. At AI Fusion, we brought the ideas of traditional Japanese, Korean as well as westernized cuisine to bring something unique in food and experience that you can't get everyday. With our five high top and four low top dadami sitting style rooms, as well as a big bar and a beautiful granite sushi bar, at AI fusion, we got the food and the environment for an exiting time anytime of the week. Oh, don't forget about the sushi!

Embarking on opening a second Ukai restaurant in greater Lansing area, we have decided to try something familiar and something new with the opening of AI fusion. In the Japanese language, "AI" mean "Love". And "AI" being the last two letter of our other restaurant, "Ukai" it made sense to go forward with the name. Also it doesn't hurt to be one of the first names in the phone book. Bringing Asian style cooking with the décor of the orient, we are not only bringing just great food or just great ambiance; we are bringing you an experience to have with you friends and family alike.
