I'm not sure what the name implies but the food is superb. I took my son the 9 year old sushi connoisseur and my 4 year old daughter to dinner. They offer a unique assortment of sushi rolls and appetizers that would appeal to the most discriminating appetite. The atmosphere is warm and the service kind and friendly. The prices are reasonable and the freshness of the fish is well above par. I am looking forward to a return visit.
