A sushi experience that one will remember.... The Chief Sushi Chef is an expert in providing satisfaction through his neat and beautiful sushi creations... I have been numerous times and have never been disappointed.. Definately a 5 star experience.. Don't like sushi? No problem....they have a very varied menu featuring original Japanese dishes..

Wow. Of all the sushi I've had - even in Little Japan in New York City - none tops Akai Hana. The pieces are sizable and expertly prepared, and the prices are reasonable. Live jazz is common on weekend evenings (they have a piano next to the kitchen), and the servers are a friendly bunch. Though I've never ordered any of their cooked entrees, but the shrimp and vegetable tempura appetizer was wonderful - almost enough to make me want to stray from their sushi bar one evening... almost. For anyone with a taste for fresh authentic sushi, Akai Hana is second to none.
