My family, my friends and of course myself totally loveeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee Akashi. The food and the staff are amazinggggggggg. We all enjoy everything at Akashi's and look forward to Akashi in The Grove.

I looooove sushi and have tried many different restaurants in Miami. Let me tell you...Akashi is hands down the best place to get fresh, delicious sushi for a GREAT price. It used to be my "little hole in the wall" and i didn't want anyone outside of my friend circle to know about it, but i want it to let it be known that Akashi is truly the best place for sushi ;) love it! Im actually going there right now! Yum Yum

I LOVE THE FOOD, THE CHEF (LARRY) IS THE BEST!! VERY FRIENDLY STAFF, MY FAVORITE IS THE CANDY ROLL BUT EVERYTHING ELSE IS ALSO GOOD, FRESH SASHIMI...I THINK IS ONE OF THE BEST SUSHI PLACES IS SOUTH FLORIDA!

I have always had great food. Whenever I try something new, I love it. I like the ambiance, it is very simple but nice.

I am definitely a regular here. I have never been unhappy with my dining experience. I have always had great service, and the food is always great... Although it is small, I enjoy my every visit.

Althought the food is good, this restaurant is very unappealing due to the incredibly poor service and filthy environment. I would not recommend this place to any friends. There is stiff Japanese competition and you'll definitely be more satisfied elsewhere.
