The orange sauce and capers is the perfect combination for the tender strips of calamari. It is a must order!!! The main course was amazing, the palate of colors on our plates was a feast for our eyes. From the yellow saffron on the rice to the crisp green broccoli and basil. I ordered the Pork Kabob with pomogranite sauce, it will melt in your mouth. Our waiter suggested a very nice bottle of Zinfandel from a local winery, Spenker. It was a perfect night out, Great food, service, wine, and Dessert. (Try the Creme Brule) Thank you Amadeus for this wonderful experience.
