5  out of 5 stars
a diner from Ft. Lauderdale, Florida
The Andrews Diner provides a fun atmosphere with great food. The prices are surprisingly cheap considering you almost always walk out of there with a togo box. The portions are more then generous. The pies are homemade and wonderful, and it is one of the few places that still makes real mashed potatoes. There are some customers who come there everyday, sometimes more than once.
They feature a daily special board and homemade soups which are tasty even in the hot Florida weather.
The chef Angelo always provides a smile and a wave from the window in the kitchen and often comes out on the floor to say hello to everyone.
Gerri, the hostess provides humor and a no nonsense mentality that makes every dining experience one to enjoy.
Monday-Thursday, Saturday 6am-8pm
Friday 6am-9pm
Sunday 7am-1:30pm
For dinner and lunch there is a wait sometimes...but it is well worth it.
