I use to be a server at this Applebee's and after finding out the way the food was handled in the kitchen made me not want to go out and eat ever again. The kitchen crew often did not wear gloves when handling food. If someone ordered an entree without tomatoes they would often SCRAPE out the tomatoes and serve the food back to the guest even if they were allergic to it. The general manager would rather pinch pennies and harm a guest than waste money to prepare the food correctly the first time. I will never eat at another Applebee's again or take my family out there because my mother has food allergens that even as simple as they are (can only have iceberg lettuce instead of romaine), I couldn't bare the sight of my mother's stomach turning on her because the server was too lazy to reveal the details to their manager or kitchen staff. I'll go to Chili's in Georgetown, Fish City Grill, or the new Montana Mike's if I want knowledgeable service and caring management
