On Oct. 1, 2007 we dined at this Arby's restaurant. The cash register girl, I believe Shawna was her name, was very pleasant but made an error in charging us for a Classic Italian Sub. She wanted to fix it for us and when she called the lady, who I presume was the manager on duty, the lady came out from where she was helping prepare orders and said a couple of rather derogatory comments to this young girl in front of several customers. I thought that was definitely uncalled for. The manager had rubber gloves on her hands for food preparation and she made the changes herself on the cash register with her gloves on, went back to the food preparation area and continued food handling without changing gloves. I thought that was really poor. We dine at Arby's quite often in the past and I'm sure we will think twice about patronizing this restaurant again very soon, if at all.

Some of the best pizza and subs I have ever had. This is the place to go for food in Hudsonville. Very reasonably priced.
