We have eaten here before and were not impressed with service or value. Today we decided to give it another try. A sign informed of new management which was evident by a really nice guy giving customers lots of personal attention. There was actually a buffet available for the first time, and only $5.50. The salad bar included only basic items - lettuce, tomatoes, cheese, canned fruit, etc. Pepperoni was the only meat on the salad bar. There were 4 kinds of pizza - pepperoni and 3 other kinds that were very similar to each other. Two penne pastas, alfredo and marinara, were available and were dry. The pizza sauce was very heavy with oregano which ruined it for us. The crusts were just okay. The pros: 1) attentive manager; 2) attractive dining area, 3)low price buffet and fresh ingredients made up for its lack of variety, and 4) the bathroom was spotless, spacious, and had soft wonderful tissue (thanks). Asiago needs to: 1) add spaghetti to the buffet, 2) improve its sauce, and 3) add more variety. We will be back. 02-06-11.

We recently used a coupon for a lunch and were pleasantly surprised at the fresh quality of the food. They advertise a buffet but there was not one. The waitress was friendly but inept even though there were very few other customers during our meal. We had the chicken alfredo and lasagna, and both were excellent. The portions were on the small side with teeny tiny salads and small pieces of toast. We were told that the restaurant does not have a lunch menu. Therefore, you pay the same at lunch as you do for dinner but get lunch portions for dinner prices. The coupon made it worth the value. The dining room was very attractive. We probably would not go back if we did not have a coupon, but we would recommend because the food was of high quality. We would definitely like to see a lower priced lunch menu.

Fantastic Italian food and desserts! Best in the Piedmont Triad by far!

We have been "regulars " here for years, even through a change of owners, and have never had a bad meal. The seafood is fresh. The service is excellent...ask for Lee as your server! Southwestern Mahi Mahi is great, also Chicken Corfu, chicken Marsal ...

A great restaurant overall, but there is one problem that should be addressed. They recently started a promotion where you get a free appetizer with the purchase of an entree on your next visit. This is printed at the bottom of your receipt. When ...

Thoroughly enjoyed my meal. It is an ecletic Italian restaurant with both traditional and non traditional menu items. The server, Brette was very attentive. We will go again.

Awful sums up our experience. When our food came we thought the wrong orders came. For example, the chicken parmesan was just grilled chicken on pasta with sauce and a dab of burnt cheese. Chicken was overcooked in all dishes. Sauce and cheese were sparse at best. Salads were bad and came after the meal, along with bread... after reminding our waitress four times. I would have complained to the matradee but he looked to be 14 years old and just as unhappy as us. We eat out 2-3 times a week and can't remember a worse experience. Our bill , less wine, was $45. We could have ordered desert to get us to the minimum amount necessary to use our coupon. We gave our coupon to someone else and left as fast as possible. If desert was anything like the meal, it would be worthless. A frozen Italian dinner would have been 10 times better then this place... and I could say more, but why?

This was my fifth visit to Asiago's. As usual, the food is outstanding, service great and they will never rush you. Kids are welcome. I love their spaghetti and there is a Mediterranean dish with angel hair pasta and tomatoes that I order a lot. I look for consistency in a restaurant and this one is consistent on good food, ambience, cleanliness, friendliness and service. I highly recommend this restaurant - you won't regret it.

We went to this fine dining establishment on Sunday April 19 2009. There was only one other table with customers. We sat down, the waitress asked us if we had coupons. We got gift certificates for Christmas and wanted to use two. We were refused. Then we asked to see the manager/owner. He came out and gave us a story, "Only one certificate per table". Then two of our guests say, "Oh, we'll sit over there", the owner said, "No, you came in together, only one certificate per party". After 10 minutes of arguing, we left. A restaurant which does not honor their own gift certificates and the attitude of the owner guarantees us we will not be back, and we will tell all our friends the same thing. If I could I'd give this fine dining establishment zero stars.

We have visited Asiagos twice with our dining deal coupons and were very impressed both times. I went back online and ordered two more gift certificates. I ordered the same item both times, chicken scallopini with Marsala on angel hair pasta and my boyfriend had lasagna one time and Alfredo Carbonera the other time. It was a shame that they weren't busy. There were only a couple other people in the restaurant each time we were there (dinner hour). The food is so wonderful, but it's being kept a secret.

This was our first visit and we were a bit worried being the only ones there at 5:30 on a Saturday night, but our fear was unfounded. We were all very pleased with our entrees, which included peene pasta w/broccoli and chicken, curry chicken & chicken shishkabob. I tasted these three and they were all excellent. This impressed me particularly since they were very diverse dishes and were all very good. The service was timely and friendly, though ultimately there were only two tables with one server, so I'm not sure how it would be if they were very busy. It was nice to finally see a restaurant that doesn't gouge you for drinks; iced tea was a dollar. All in all it was an excellent experience. My only caveat is if you are a glutton like I am, the serving sizes were modest but sufficient. I hear they have a buffet, which I'd be interested in trying.
