Meat was very dry, and servings seem to get smaller every time! The sauces are good but still doesn't make the meat any more tender! The service will be the main reason we will never go back, we used to be frequent eaters there, but since they changed management/employees, service really really is BAD!!!! Workers don't even act like they are there to serve you, you are an "inconvience" to their day!! Will NEVER GO BACK!!!

Great tasting meat. I love the pork and beef. The baked beans are the best. This is one of my favorite restaurants in Kokomo!

Great tasting meat. I love the pork and beef. The baked beans are the best. This is one of my favorite restaurants in Kokomo!

Overcooked is the best way to describe the meat at Backyard. If you like your ribs falling off the bone with no flavor left, then this is the place for you. The brisket is no better than the ribs, overcooked with no flavor and too dry. The sauce selection is good, but good sauces cannot compensate for lack of meat flavor.
