I moved into Coop city in August 08 and I eat there on the average once a week. Their pizza is the best in the area although the rest of their menu selection is quite limited to Gyros and sandwiches. The place is always clean so I disagree with some of the other reviews however as I'm pleased with the current management that I think is fairly new.

One of the worst Pizza places I have ever been in. The restaurant workers do not clean the tables good. The cookware looks unclean. The pizza looks old and lifeless like its been sitting out for days. Quite frankly, the Pizza is the worst I have ever tasted, sort of like cardboard. Definitely not recommended. Owner should sell the store.
This is your typical old fashioned fast food shop. I prefer places like this over McDonald's or Burger King because it is more personal. The food quality is better and much more worth it. Instead of paying the $1 menu at McDonald's for a tiny burger

Great food, pizza didn't look old, pocket friendly very reasonable and courtious. Looks like its under new management, cleaner and brighter environment.

this pizza shop tends to be the dirtiest i have ever seen on a consistent basis. the food looks like its been sitting out to long, the walls look dirty and the low lighting makes u feel more like youre in a basement. when i went there the deep fryer was filthy and the gyro machine was not any cleaner.when i a customer asked if their was any grated parmegan cheese available the employee replied " no i don't have any... the kids stole it." whatever kids hes reffering to, it shouldnt matter.the shiops been there for years i remember it when i was little. if the manager doesnt know how to handle his/her environment and customer type, then he or she shouldnt be managing. i'm dissapointed with this shop since it came under new management some few years ago.

Can only speak on their regular pies and eggplant parm. heroes. They are decent and deliver which is hard to find in that zipcode.

Of the two pizzerias in Co-op City, I find Bartow Pizza to have fresher, tastier food.
