I've taken away food from Bei Jing House now a few times, The first time I was quite impressed and over a bit of time the quality of the dishes hold at a firm 4 out of 5 stars, However they have been not filling the containers full like they did in 2009 and now quite frequently we see boneless spare rib containers with an inch of space at the top meaning you are getting a full-pint in a quart container - as this was a favorite between my friends and I, we have decided that if further purchases continue this trend we will stop frequenting this restaurant and go elsewhere.

Best chinese food in Utica area...great news, they are opening another store in NY Mills. Too bad it's not a sit down restaurant, they would clean up. Best Chinese I've had since Long Island and NYC. Been going there since 2001. The food is consistent everytime you go there, doesn't change depending on who's cooking. Go there and enjoy!

This is predominantly a take-out restuarant, but overall the food is the barometer of whether or not a diner returns and in this case, the food is very good. No delivery!
