Old Mexico in Santa Rosa has such an authentic feel to it. Once you're seated, you're served warm chips, bean dip and a fresh, bold tasting salsa. I've eaten here several times and I have to say that, if you go, you have to try one of the demon dishes like the prawns or chicken. And to really zip it up, order the demon mole (I think it's prounonced mole-a). Of course their standard fare like tacos and burritos are great too. The burritos are big and for less than 5 bucks it is a meal in itself. A basket of chips and salsa, one of those fat burritos, a couple of brews and you're out of there for 10 or 15 bucks. It's a great place to start your party too. The bar is cozy and one of those big bollas can make it even cozier. If you like your tequila you'll find no shortage of it at Old Mexico...They feature more than 30 imported brands.
