Hey, I really like this place. I don't know what all the reviews above are so negative. I never had a problem with my order, food was great and the people there are friendly. I order at least 3 times a week from this establishment

THE CUSTOMER ISN'T ALWAYS RIGHT. I walked to this shoddy establishment with my cousin because it was close to his house and I had been there before. The pizza was good, it's a shame this time made me never want to go back. The "girl" behind the counter could not make eye contact with me when I requested a side of oregano with my slice, obviously I knew it wasn't on the tables and had to ask for it. "She" sold us the slices and when "she" brought them to the table, I said, "hey, can I still get that side of oregano?" "She" said she couldn't because the owner was there. *Note* if you are afraid of your boss, maybe you should work somewhere where you aren't. I asked to talk to somebody about me not being able to enjoy my slice without proper ingredients. The owner, a man who was physically not well, said that I should just eat my slice. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE. I asked for my money back and he said, "Why did you come here then?" Thinking in my head, FOR A SLICE OF PIZZA. He could have at least pretended to be from the East Coast, I may have respected his business decision more.

Good pizza. Good in house service. Horrible delivery service. The man cheated our nine year old out of money so that he could double his tip. When we complained, they did nothing. Guess it was the owner - that would explain his cantankerous attitude every single time he delivered to us -- and how he got away with it.

Pizza is amazing but the delivery service sucks! They often get orders wrong and do little to correct the problem.

My husband and I are new to this area, having moved here from the Sacramento Area. Not having ordered pizza here before, we decided to give Big Mama's a try. We were very impressed with both the value and taste of this pizza! The service was both fast and friendly, as well. I think we've found our pizza place...
