While hiking the Appalachian Trail last summer my husband and I took a day off backpacking and stayed at the Red Carpet Inn next door. We decided to try Big Willie's because it was right next door and we were not disappointed. Split the Pig Out Platter + two side salads. Ribs, chicken and pulled pork were delicious, tender, juicy and all we'd hoped for but the brisket...oh the brisket was pure heaven! Portion was huge even for splitting between two hungry hikers and a great value.
