The burgers are so good, the place only had to be open when Bill and his daughters felt like coming in to work. To go orders left in a brown bag with the grease soaking through the paper, from the fries. As a kid (30 years ago) it was a treat to watch Bill working the grill. They had a thing about mashing chopped onions into the patties.

Chimis has fantastic food along with quick service. Every thursday they have Live Event Trivia which is really fun. You have to try the Fresca Salsa--its the best
This place had horrible food, and even worse service. It was very hard to get a drink at the bar. It seemed like a "good 'ol boys club" at the bar. If you weren't part of the group, you would be overlooked.
