I grew up eating Bimonte's pizza, enjoying all of the photographs of Joe Bimonte with celebrities.
I was very sad to hear of Mr. Bimonte's passing, and subsequent restaurant sale.
It will always be my favorite pizza, and the place where I had all of my birthdays parties.
It is now owned by Eli's restaurant next door.
