Open as early as 8am on Saturday and Sunday for brunch, and Monday through Thursday at 11am, Bistro 18 provides a warm and welcoming atmosphere, a friendly and professional staff, and some of the best eats and drinks one could ask for. The chef infuses American and Continental cuisine with a European influence. Bistro 18 uses only the freshest ingredients and choice meat products in the well portioned, reasonably priced, made to order dishes.
