I love Bistro Bisou, bar none my new favorite restaurant. So much so that I have been back 5 times since July. The first time I went was with a friend, that had been taken there by another friend earlier in the week. Knowing that I love food and rant and rave about Coral Gables, because of all the great dining options he said I had to go to dinner with him and we drove to Pinecrest. We started are meal with the best Foie Gras I have ever had it was so soft and smooth and just an explosion of flavors in my mouth. That was the beginning of my pleasant surprise. I had the Duck a L'Orange and was so impressed by the sauce and the perfectly cooked duck including the skin which was evenly crunchy and not fatty. I thought I couldn't eat anymore, but then came the chocolate and Grand Marnier soufflee. I had never had anything like it WOW! The service was great and I think everyone is French, including Chef Victor the creator and owner of all of this food heaven. After that I have been back a couple of times for lunch and they have great lunch specials and a couple of times for dinner. I love this place!
