Prime Rib House was the answer to a non-touristy dinner complete with a Martini Bar that served the best drinks we'd had in Williamsburg. The steaks were tender and perfectly seasoned and cooked. The house specialty, prime rib, was melt-in-your-mouth good. The lamb chops were cooked precisely to order. We met the chef/proprieter, Bobby, who spent time with us explaining his food philosophies which shine throughout his property. He shared with us a cake and ice cream dessert with a chocolate sauce to die for that he had made for a large party. We were quite pleased and will return when back in the area. We promised Bobby we would pass on the good word about his great restaurant! It's a dinner reservation you won't regret!
