Blaze East Side in run by Christine Edmonds a business major and entrepreneur and Phyllis Arffa originally an art major, who has over 20 years of culinary experience in various restaurants around the country and in Rhode Island.
Ashirwad Elhence Chef De Cuisine originally from New Deli, India, earned his bachelors degree from Johnson and Wales University. He has cooked for such restaurants as Napa Valley Grill, Hartwell House and the Cypress Room, bringing his unique style to the menu.
