Best wings in town.

I came to Ohio from England with my family and boyfriend 1year ago and visited Bolts more than 10 times during the holiday. We all loved it there! The staff were friendly and fun, and they played drinking games with us! We're thinking of going back especially for Bolts and the bowling over the road. I'll be sad if it really has closed down. X

they suck...the beer was cold and the food was hot as heck....what is going on....the service was terrible. what happend to the day when men were men and sheep were scared?

Ive lived in Englewood 6 years. We've been to bolts 3 times. The waitresses are not very coherent and think its more important to talk to thier boyfriends than wait on customers. If your going to play keno forget it they wont even acknowledge your tickets they admit they hate keno
(SO THEN FIND ANOTHER JOB)...If you dont like waiting on people who want to play keno then get another job. You are not there to hold the counters up. YOU ARE THERE TO WAIT ON CUSTOMERS.
The mushrooms we got tasted the the grease was old and they were burnt tasting.. I will never go there again. I got a feeling there is a new owner because if not, I dont know how they are stayed in business this long. The ohio lottery would be happy to know that they are unwilling to take peoples money for keno...Could be why state of Ohio is broke. Take care, bolts good luck and if you want to improve your standing in the community
Fire the current help and find some people that enjoy waiting on people and dont mind if they play keno..Pitiful service and waitstaff

It is unfortunate that this place is known for bad service or no service at all. I have actually witness people yelling at the wait staff due to not even being acknowledged for 20 minutes!! I happen to know a lady that works there and I go in and ask for her,,,if she's not there I leave. I continue to go there because the food is really good, but I'd go A LOT more often if the service was good too

MY WIFE AND I WENT INTO BOLTS ON SUNDAY 9/28, SEATED OURSELVES AS DIRECTED, WAITED 10 MINUTES AND NEVER RECEIVED ANY SERVICE. EVEN THOUGH WAIT STAFF CLEANED TWO TABLES AROUND US. AFTER OUR WAIT WE LEFT AND WILL NOT RETURN

I have been going here for years but lately the service, time to get our order, and cleanliness has gone downhill. The floor was sticky and the tables were not being kept clean and I kept getting bit on the legs by a flies. The temperature was also very warm. It was apparent by the lack of people on Friday night that there business is now suffering. I can remember waiting 45 min to an hour on Fridays to get in. The place is in need of an update and the waitress need to be a little bit friendlier if this place is going to stay open. By the way I am in the food service industry and spend a better part of my life in and dealing with restaurants.

Good food & service. Bolty Burger best around. Menu items are an exceptional value! Recommended.

Tasty food! Awesome fried mushrooms. $1.00 beer night on Wednesdays!!

There's no wonder why Bolts Sports Cafe can't compete with Bw3's across the street. The service is not friendly, and is so, the overall service just blows!

Been to Bolts many times. The food is always good. Wish they were a more serious sports place. I've been there when good games should be on, but they were showing movies. I do plan to be at Bolts for the Bengals game this Thurs - Who Dey!!!
