This is the best Deli you will ever go to. They use very fresh ingredients, shred their lettuce, get their bread every morning from a bakery near by. There gets to be a line durring lunch time (11:30-1), but it's well worth the wait. They have sandwhiches, pasta salads, soups, and the owner is in all day every day. It's only closed on Chirstmas and Thanksgiving.

As far as the clanliness, they make every employee take the California Food Handler's Course and Exam, so it's sure to be up to standard.
