Brookwood Grill in Alpharetta was great: Food, service, wait for seating, everything.

We arrived at Brookwood Grill and discovered an hour wait. They had a nice live band, but it was a little loud in the bar area. They had a very cool wait management system that I had to ask about because it really helped keep us at the restaurant instead of going some place else. Instead of handing us those clunky restaurant pagers, they used a system by Queuent that called us on our mobile phones when seating was available. So even though we had to wait an hour, we didn't have to wait at the bar and shop around the local stores while we waited. When we were called (after about 50 minutes of waiting), we were at the other end of the center but the system let us delay by 15 minutes. When we returned to Brookwood Grill they sat us at the very next table.

For being on an hour wait, the restaurant didn't seem that crowded but all the tables were full and everything was very smooth and easy to navigate. The server greeted us at our table and was very professional. We ordered drinks while we looked over a very well designed menu. The drinks were served within a few minutes and we ordered the Chicken Skewers - A great appetizer and now one of my favorites.

For dinner I ordered the Shrimp Scampi. This is usually one of my benchmarks for American cuisine because of the simplicity of the dish yet ease for something to go wrong. It was excellent, not too buttery, Shrimp was not over done and tough, and vegetables were crisp.

All in all, a great casual night out for my wife and I. Highly recommended for a dinner + movie night. And being able to walk around instead of standing in a crowded restaurant waiting for a table, really made the evening.

We recently hosted a rehearsal dinner for 46 people at the Brookwood Grill. It was such a memorable and pleasant experience. Randy Hitt met with us twice before the event to work out the menu, wine choices, and set up. He was very accommodating and helpful in every possible way. At such a hectic time, it was comforting to know that I did not have to know the number of entree selections ahead of time. Since they have a separate prep kitchen for the event room, each guest was able to order their entree upon arrival. Also, I was able to deliver the flowers and desserts at a time that was convenient for me during the busy day of the dinner. Everyone I came in contact with at Brookwood Grill tried to help in every possible way. The servers were outstanding and they met every demand the guests posed them. Our 2 year old guest was served his food early to alleviate his hunger and make it possible for his parents to enjoy their meal with the other adults. Food was cut fine for one of the older guests who has trouble swallowing. Every request was met with efficient and kind service. Each guest left satisfied that they had experienced a wonderful meal. We did not have one complaint about the food or service. Before the event, staff members even helped us set up the LCD projector for a slide show. In summation, we had a fantastic time at Brookwood Grill and we even stayed within our budget!! I would recommend any event to be held at Brookwood Grill!

Nino's Italian Kitchen is the best restaurant to arrive in Roswell in quite a while. We have had dinner there 3 weeks in a row, and the consistancy is right on. Nino does not over do the garlic, his favors are simply and classically done. I've had ...
