I have been to this location many times; two visits resulted in not being able to an advertised item. This evening I drove to order; the lights were on; a car was ordering and when they finished i drove to the speakerand waited abot 4 minutes without a response. I drove to the window to find the lights off and the attendant going to the rear of the store. My last two visits to Bruster's has resulted me going to Dunkin' Donuts'. My thought is if you advertise a product makeit available. With Dunkin Donut and Dairy Queen near; being constantly turned away by your store makes them become first choice. Would love the opportunity to speak to the owner of the store.
