Excellent experience. Took Mom and it was wonderful all the way around. Food was delicious and the young lady who took care of us was upbeat, knowledgeable and sweet. Could not ask for a better experience. Mom is a bit slower and uses a walker and they catered to her wonderfully. Will be back again, and would absolutely send my friends there.

My husband and I go to the Buck Hotel once or twice a summer when the rest of the world is at the shore and we want to feel like we are! We eat on the patio which is boarder with a white fence, is a very small space and has a steep stair case to get to. Anyway, the reason it is semi enjoyable is there is someone singing, drinks, food and it is outdoors, a patio. We went this past Friday which was the Friday of July 4th weekend. The singing is absolutely NOTHING special. (Infact, I honestly dont know how the guy gets someone to Pay him) the service was poor as we were ignored at one table (keep in mind the area is very small) and then we moved to a table that came open that was not covered but more in the open area. We again were ignored as three servers walked back and forth with out ever giving us eye contact (not easy to do considering the width of the patio) finally we got them to recognize us, clean off the dirty dishes and bring us a menu. The menu is on a small cocktail napkin. We had a few drinks before us and several appetizers which were all mediocore in both portion and taste. When we got our bill it was 80 something and over 90 with tip. I told my husband we are not going back because it was sooo not worth the money. What a waste of money. I regretted that purchase all weekend. Even though we eat out every weekend several meals, this was money not spent well. Don't be a fool, go have a real meal else where. Oh by the way, tons of outdoor smoke including cigarette and cigar!!

This is one of the best Italian pizza and sandwich restaurants in the area. The bread is amazing.

Loved the Seafood Paella and sirloin Steak Portuguese. Their Sangria was amazing. They Have Salsa Lessons on Wednesday!
Pizzeria
The food in this place is great, not just the pizza. The veal is the real deal, not a pressed pattie with filler. The Brooklyn pizza is awesome.

I have rated the downstairs semi-formal dining room, I have not rated the sports bar or the Top of the Buck.
I have not eaten at the Top of the Buck since Chef Tell died. When Chef Tell ran the Top of the Buck it was absolutely one of the best restaurants in the entire Philadelphia area. It was second only to Le Bec Fin. If you considered value and the friendliness of Chef Tell, who often came out of the kitchen in his sauce spattered apron to greet and interact with guests. I know it won't be the same without Chef Tell.

When Ruhlings closed on Rising Sun Ave in the Northeast I was lost for great Seafood. I then found out he moved to Feasterville. Same great food, same great people.
