Hungarian Cuisine combines a variety of eastern and western European culinary influences. Expect to find a selection including chicken and veal paprikas, goulash, stuffed cabbage, breaded veal, chicken or pork chops and Kolbasz sausage. All dinners are served with salad, bread and Budapest Restaurant's homemade dumplings and mashed potatoes; the food is simple and delicious. Don't forget about dessert, Budapest offers a rotating selection of homemade desserts available daily, specialties include apricot or cheese crepes, apple or cheese strudel, walnut torte cake and Toledo's own Strachn's pies. Strachn's pies are available daily ask your server for the daily selection of Hungarian desserts.
Budapest Restaurant is open six days a week (closed on Monday's) and gladly accepts both check and cash payments.
