Chef and owner, Mino Giliberti, arrived from Italy in 1972. He lived in New York City for twenty years before moving to Massachusetts where he established Buon Appetito in 2001. As an experienced wine consultant with extensive knowledge of authentic Italian food, opening a restaurant was an ideal way for Mino to utilize all of his talents. Having been raised in a coastal Italian city, Mino's knowledge of fresh seafood is evident in his cooking. Many of Buon Appetito's dishes are from traditional Italian recipes, and all entrees are made from the freshest and finest ingredients.
