I went to the burger king dillingham location yesterday to order some beverages for myself, and my co-workers. The cashier treated me as though i was a child, and did not repect me. I ordered Icee Floats, and acted as though she didn't know what i was talking about. After correcting myself many times, she finally input my order into the resgister, so i could pay. My total was $16.57, and i gave her $26.62, therefore, she should have given me $10.05 in change. The cashier only have me $.05 in return. So, i asked her where the ten dollars was, and she continuosly told he i only gave her $20.62, which was wrong. So i kept trying to explain to her what was wrong. She handled the situation in an order which was not professional. After speaking to her manager, she was coreected and gave me the correct amount of change. To add to that, they got my order wrong, and the worker did not apologize for the inconvience. In my opinion, I do think that the burger king dillingham location should re-consider the way their employees treat their customers.

The Burger King on Amr is useless. They are never open. I missed the dollar icee but they were closed. They open at 10. We are military we go to work at 530/600am. Then the close at 2pm. That's stupid cus we don't get off until 5/6 pm
