I do not expect a lot from a fast food restrants. I went into the rest room to wash my hands and the exhaust fan wasn't working and it felt like a sweatbox. The soap dispenser was in pieces and when I pushed for soap it fell out. No hand towels to dry my hands and the electric hand drier didn't work.
I ordered my food, a Whooper Jr. with no onions or pickle, Onion Rings and a Med. Coke. I got french fries, pickle and onions on my whopper. I had to tell the girl to read the ticket. She just looked at me strangly. I finally had to tell her about what I wanted and still got it wrong. They did get the coke right.
Store # 2514, Order #6 to go, Operator #1 (She got the order right) Time 13.33.
I will not go into your store again and will tell others of my experience. The other Burger Kings in Chico I have found to be much better and havm't had any problems with.

This place is great. The food is good home made taste. OH and the deserts great. A lot of food for your buck. We found this place last month and have been there at about 6 times B, L and for Dinner.

We eat at the dinner a lot. The service is great and my grandson loves the panacakes. Just a great place. It is the place in Chico for a good meal. They make the real mash potatoes not all that garlic stuff.The gravies are great tooo.
