Eddie has been named one of North America's Outstanding Chefs by Chefs in America, and was named Outstanding American Chef by John Mariani in USA Today. H Texas magazine gave May Chan its 2003 Best Chef of the Year Award, after she introduced her own menu at Cafe Chino - a result of attending the Houston Community College culinary program. Food and service are great! Sushi always fresh and good selection. Specials are a good value. We go about once a month and have never had a bad experience.
