Now that Cafe Colore has joined the family of Cafe Enterprises, the restaurant has just went through the largest renovation in its history. Cafe Colore not features an all new decor with the ambiance and feel described as "very comfortable", "pleasing" and "very home-like" by recent guests.

Cafe Colore is also defining Italian cuisine by establishing its own category of cuisine - "New Italian-American". This cuisine features combinations of Classic Italian Heritage combined with New World American ingredients. The ALL NEW MENU has been reciving rave reviews. New dishes like "South Street Strip", "Padrino's Pork Chop", "Orange Roughy en Cartuccio" and "Veal Colore" have been described as "Amazing", "Excellent" and "Fabulous" by recent diners. The menu also contains the expected popular Italian favorites.
