i had the most HORRIBLE experience. NOBODY there spoke english, they took TEN MINUTES TO MAKE ONE EGG SANWICH!!!!!!!! I asked the guy how long it would take there was NOBODY THERE NO LINE NOTHING! and he said 5 minutes tops. AFTER I PAY I FIND OUT THEY CHARGED ME MORE THAN I SIGNED FOR AT THE CAFE!!!!!!! I signed for a specific amount and they charged me MORE! i called to try and figure out what was going on (NOBODY SPOKE ENGLISH) AND THEY HUNG UP ON ME!!! I was fine until they hung up on me. I just wanted to speak to the manager. He got on the phone and threatened me. He told me i should go in person. that he would "TAKE CARE OF THINGS" in person.

When dining I heard the mangers call a waiter all sorts of horrible and vulgar things. Would never go back to a place who treats their employess with so much disrespect!
