Fabio became a household name as a contestant on the Bravo series "Top Chef", winning the coveted 'Fan Favorite' title for Season 5. Since his television debut as the stand-out star on Top Chef Season 5 and the popularity of his new cookbook, Café Firenze Cookbook, co-authored with Jacopo Falleni, Chef Fabio Viviani's celebrity has skyrocketed.
