Cafe Mediterraneo is a nice cafe/deli/pizzeria place in the world famous South Beach. Located at the end of Ocean Drive on 15th street inside the Ocean Step Plaza. They have nice inside and outside sitting with a very family friendly environment. While you will enjoy your sandwich or pizza, you can also enjoy people of all kind walking down the ocean drive. A great collection of Wine, Champagne, and beer is also available along with other beverages such as coffee, cappuccino, and juices. It is indeed a very elegant place to have your lunch or dinner, or even pass by for a cup of coffee.

11/19/07 Very large roach was inside my Canelloni this place has been uneven quality for the last few years and now seams to have a roach problem, big ones and they are hard to see in the Alfred sauce. Be warned!

The food is mediocre at best, but most notably the service is horrendous (long wait times and rude people). Instead I suggest you try Steve's Pizza, Pizza Fiore, Piccolo Pizza, or anything else really. We waited 1 hr 30 min for delivery the last time
