Kernersville Restaurant Guide

We have been looking for a good place to eat since moving to Kernersville and have been disappointed in the options here, until we ate at Cagney's tonight. The food was great - I was really impressed with the quality and freshness of the ingredients and it wasn't greasy or from frozen as you often find at diners. The prices were great for the amount and quality of food and the service was very friendly. I think we have found a great new place to eat out!

I have eaten at Cagney's a few times ONLY BECAUSE OF THE WAITING STAFF. The servers are very friendly and make the place better; however, I do not like how the owners CONSTANTLY SCREAM at the waiting staff and obviously do not appreciate them. If anything they need to recognize that most of us go eat there not for the quality of the food but for the service we receive.

Since moving to Kernersville we have been searching for a really nice family restaurant and Cagney's seems like home. Since I am in school and work full time, I am not always able to give my family a home cooked meal. It is really nice to grab the kids and go to Cagney's where I know they will get a good healthy and delicious meal anytime. Thanks for saving family dinners!

I love this restaurant! I was visiting down in NC and found myself only eating here. I had heard about it from some friends and decided to go here my first night. My second time I went to a different restaurant, and decided that the rest of my stay I would be eating at cagneys! I ate nearly all of my meals there and never got sick of the food. It tastes just like homecooking and offers such a great variety. I highly recommend this restaurant to locals as well as those passing through. It offers exceptional service as well as delicious food. The moment you enter the door you are promptly greeted by its courteous staff, the experience from entering to leaving was great!

Since Cagney's have came to our town the restaurants food is not as good as Zoe's. The food on the menu has changed and we have stopped eating here. Used to go to Zoes twice a week, but now never stop for the food is nothing compared to their menu and selections. We don't like Cagney's and I have confronted management about the food taste and got arguments over it. Customer Service should be their first priority. Not anymore since Zoe's has left. What a sad day to see them gone. We miss their restaurant very much.

Great family restaurant, especially for Kernersville! We went here for Father's Day breakfast for the first time and were pleasantly surprised by the clean and pretty decor. Our family of five ordered things ranging from western omlettes, belgium waffles, steak and eggs, hashbrowns, grits and biscuits. Everything was very good with the only exception being the country ham. It was loaded with too much salt. But overall, our drinks never ran dry, we had courteous service, and good food in a clean and comfortable atmosphere. We will definately be back.
