I would give this restaurant zero stars if I could. Our waitress was clueless about the menu and everything going on around her. It was a Saturday night, the restaurant was not busy, yet it took almost two hours for our food to come out. It took about forty minutes to get drinks. Never got any refills. Over an hour to get salads that came out of a bag. By the time we got our food, all of the dishes were missing something. My mother and I got pasta dishes. They served this to us without the pasta!!! Seriously, they gave be a dish full of vegetables and tomato sauce. It was supposed to be a spaghetti plate. My husband had to bus our table after we were done with the salads because there was no room for the food when it came. The waitstaff acted as though they expected this of him. Also, the fan above our table was on high. We were all freezing so we asked that it be turned down. They sent an employee to our table who climbed up on our table (yes, he put his feet on our table) in order to turn the fan off. Unbelievable. We spent over three hours here. My family and I could not wait to leave.

By the way, the manager, who looked as thought he was about fifteen years old, gave us only 40% off the meal.
