Drive Thru @ 1120am
This one restaurant gets me fed up. I don't have any problems with the other ones in Visalia, Ca, this is the only one who can't listen to what the customer want's (either that or the person taking the order doesn't pass on the changes to the preparers). I ask for something to be removed, like mayo, onions, or pickles, depending on how I'm wanting my burger on any particular day. I verify that what I want is on the screen. I come around to pay, I get told if I can wait in front of the resuraunt (I'm only eating the Teriyaki Burger combo, no onions, no mayo and a Chicken Bacon Swiss for my wife). As I'm waiting three other cars come out of the drive thru and drive off cause they got their food before me. Now before I pulled away after paying I let the person know I wanted A LOT of ketchup {my wife likes ketchup} (since I didn't want to wait on them to come out give me my order in front go back in and then come back out with ketchup in their hands) I get the orders after ten minutes of waiting in front and head off. I get home and I'm getting ready to sit down and munch. I dig in the bag (my burgers at the bottom) I notice only 3 packets of ketchup (not what I asked, unless that's considered a lot) I open my burger and it's got more mayo than than the burger should handle and on top of that I live about 15 miles (gas prices aren't great) to the closest one. So as you can see I'm upset with various things.
I'm going to be avoiding this restaurant from now on, I've had various orders from before messed up as well.
