My overall experience would have been great had it not been for a certain event. I was sitting with my significant other enjoying my dinner when about 7:30 a man obviously intoxic comes into my line of vision he came up to the cooking area and had his back to the rest of the resturant. He continuously yelled "HOT FOOD" while slurring his words and it was rather irritating. I have been here before and I know they call out "Hot Food" and that is fine. However, this was a drunk man yelling this so you could only imagine how that went. I asked my server who this man was and he told me his name was Joaquin Mendez. I don't know what kind of people you hire to run your resturant but if that is what you hire then you should be ashamed because his behavior was utterly disgraceful. Then while trying to enjoy the rest of my meal I hear the same horrific yelling from the area where the servers enter and exit, but this time it sounded more like screaming. However there was another manager there who was actually taking care of the guest and apologizing for the other managers behavior and I asked another server his name which I believe to be John Holmes and he is an excellent example of what a manager should be kind, polite, and truely interested in his patrons needs. When I left Mr. Mendez was slumped over the bar. I dined at this resturant on April 3, 2009. I seriously doubt I will be returning to that location.
Today is sunday November 11, 2007. After church we decide to have Italian, so we decided on Carrabba's. In philadelphia, BENSALEM. street Rd. The wait for our food was horrible, we decide to leave after the hour, because our food didnt come....right before that had happened the waiter decides to tell us 1/2 after we order there is no broccoli. So we decide to get our bill and leave....So the manager says we dont have to pay because we never got our food.....We wanted to take care of the drinks and appetizers. So we can leave....The service was horrible it was a waste of our time on a sunday afternoon. So we never ended up having dinner after all that time... HORRIBLE FOOD SERVICE....

When I visited family in Gilbert last year, we tried Floridinos due to their participation in Restaurant.com. My family has come to love your place since then, and I'd love to have another one of those coupons for my return visit in May!
