Carrabba's is a nice upscale family Italian restaurant. We have dined in the Greensboro location and most recently the Winston Salem one. This experience was pretty good but could have been better. The bathroom needed some attention. A hostess came in and sprayed it with air freshener but that wasn't the kind of attention it really needed. The filet mignon was juicy looking and pretty flavorful but not as tender as I would expect. The mashed potatoes were great though and so was the caesar salad. The hostess was sweet although not altogether on her A game. She left our pina colada melting at the bar for quite a while. They have good pina colada's by the way. My husband ordered the chicken and steak marsala which was full of nice mushrooms and rich sauce. The side of veggies couldn't have been more boring though: steamed broccoli and cauliflower with no seasoning at all. We finished dinner with a full size tiramisu which unfortunately was mostly whipped cream. It seems that we got the corner piece and since we had a baby who was getting fussy I didn't bother to send it back. We also got two of their new little mini desserts which are $2.25 each. They have a nice variety of them including a mini tiramisu, butter cake with fresh fruit and whipped cream, chocolate ones, ones with biscotti, ect. I was all excited to have tiramisu and when it's done well my whole family acts like peruanas. Last night we left half if that tells you something. On behalf of the Carrabba's though I know them to be willing to make it right and please the customer so if I had mentioned to the server I'm quite sure I would have gotten another piece. Now that I'm home and hungry again, I kind of wish I had! The star dessert, believe it or not, was my youngest son's kiddie sundae. It had the best tasting vanilla ice cream and homemade fudge sauce! When we realized we were mooching half of my son's sundae away we went ahead and ordered another one... LOL. Overall, we had a nice time and I'm sure we'll be back.

I have been to this restaurant many many times. My favorite dishes are Chicken Bryan, Sirloin Marsala - and sometimes I combine the two ito a Sirloin Bryan. All 3 are awesome. The Mozzerella Marinara is my favorite anywhere for an appetizer - and the bread (with herbs) and house salads are so good I could go and just eat those. Anything off the grill is great. My 2 kids love the food also and the dough they bring for them to shape and have cooked. I have never had a service problem and have my favorite servers also (ask for Zegaro, Brianne or Michael). My favorite.

Being a former New Yorker, I have missed great Pizza. But Coppola's pizza is pretty close to what I have enjoyed. The crust is crispy, is generous is size, and very tasty. They have not skimped on the cheese. The value for what you get is excellent. ...

A very pleasant restaurant with superb food and a fine wine list. Dining here is a true gourmet experience for a reasonable price. Their wine list is exceptional and the prices are almost to good to be true. A real value!
