March 21st is the beginning of New Year in Persian calendar. In March of 1993 a new cuisine was introduced to The Greater Seattle area, another tile in the mosaic of northwest region. Throughout the last decade Caspian Grill has offered home style Persian cooking to our beloved city. If is not broke don't fix it!!! Formerly Dave's Pizza & Calzone for 18 Years. It had great pie dough and sauce whic was used by several previous owners. New owner has changed out the good pie dough and sauce for something really awfull, totaly taste
