I would not have noticed this restaurant If a good friend of mine did not lead me to it. It can be easily passed up on Queen since the street footprint is quite small. Upon entering through the indoor seating area of the restaurant, it opens up to a very nice courtyard which had spacious seating with area heat lamps to make cool nights enjoyable. There are also banquet rooms on the second floor that overlooks the courtyard. The nice ambiance is complemented by the wonderful food they serve. The BBQ Shrimp and Grits is a must try. If this dish wasn't so good we would have been raving about the other dishes we ordered. The crab cakes where not your typical cakes loaded with bread but these puppies had chunks of crab that is accented with just enough breadcrumbs to hold it together. The NY Strip was juicy and tender. We finished it off with the Peach Pecan Cobbler with Cinnamon Ice cream which was also very good. We were there on a Tuesday night and they were quite busy. This is a sure sign of a great restaurant.
Great seafood, especially for an outdoor event! We've ate at several restaurants that can't compare to them. They should have a store front... Keep up the good work!
Although they only do catered events and festivals, the food was great! The food temperature was perfect. We didn't expect the food portions to be so large and the food tasted great! Two-Thumbs-Up
