This was quite possibly the worst bar b que and moreover food experience I have ever had. The meat was cold and old. It tasted as if it were from the day before. The coleslaw had a hair in!
The waitstaff was more concerned with their own conversations than taking care of the customers in the restaurant.
The bathrooms were filthy. I'm not even going to go into detail about that. The horrors I witnessed could not be posted on this site.
Overall the worst dining out experience I have ever had!

Average barbeque. Sausage is excellent and flavorful, as are the mashed potatoes. But the chopped brisket leaves much to be desired and the ribs are in need of more flavorful sauce. Waitstaff are helpful and friendly, and be sure to get some saltwater taffy.
We read the other reviews, and have to agree, it was great. I had the brisket plate and my wife had the rib plate. The rub on both was great, sweet tea was fantastic and the potato salad was outstanding. If we are back in Amarillo, we will be sure to

My wife and I were traveling through Amarillo and I got a hankering for some BBQ. We are from a little town in East Texas, and are fortunate to have some of the best BBQ there is, thus we are well qualified to judge such an establishment. Overall, th

Service was fantastic and the pulled pork sandwich was tender and very flavorful. My wife is not a sandwich eater but said it was the best barbecue sandwich she has ever had. Sauce is excellent.
The Award winning spareribs were a HUGE disappointment. Did NOT fall off the bone, and the end piece was tough. I pulled off fatty portion before I could eat them. The sauce was excellent on a poor quality of meat. We stopped on a road trip from

Excellent barbeque, and, just as important, excellent potato salad. The onion rings are the best anywhere. I wish they’d franchise outside of Texas, you just can’t find good barbeque anywhere else.

Just the smell of this barbecue will make your mouth water. This is my dad's favorite restaurant in the world.
