Best place in town to get the worst steak you've ever eaten. The kind of "steak" that goes good with ketchup. Over cooked, poor quality cuts. I'm a Fort Collins native that has been "treated" to steaks at this scuzzy beef scalpers joint on multiple occasions, each experience blowing my mind by being worse than the previous one. If i could give negative stars i would

This place is not very good. Possibly the WORST steak I have EVER had. My steak was completely OVERCOOKED. I ordered the sirloin and they brought me a HUNK of something that was not a sirloin. It was a waste of our time and money.
I always pick up dinner here on my way home when I'm dining solo. Always do take-out, never dine-in or delivery. Portions are generous, enough for lunch or dinner the next day. Food is still hot when I get home. Flavor and quality have been excellent

I wish i could give this place more stars. The pizza is very authentic. It's a great place if you want beers with friends or to take your vamily. everything is fresh, after speaking with the owner and getting the low down. I love pizza and wings and

This is the perfect place for someone who wants a great meal on a budget. Steaks run $20/30, well below average, but you can also get a great burger and fries for $3.75 (not kidding - up to about $6 for specialty burgers). Great 70s decor, staff is excellent - you just can't go wrong at the Broiler. Treat yourself!

The people that have rated this resaurant as a great place to eat have got to be kidding me. I have eaten just about everywhere in Fort Collins and I would rather eat a steak at a Denny's than eat here again. I ordered the 10 oz sirloin medium rare and they served me what had to be the cheapest and crappiest hunk of disgusting meat I've ever had. It wasn't even a sirloin cut. It was completely over done all around the outside and chewy and tough all throught he middle. They sat us right in front by the entrance where the cooks can look out at you and they look very trashy. The served us our salads and put Chex Mix on top instead of crutons. C'mon! Seriously folks. Please take my word for it. I'm a man that likes to eat good food for a good price but you will be wasting your time coming to a hole in the wall place like this. If your looking for a great steak place check out Choice city butcher or Austins American grill. Please take my word for this and don't waste your money. Cheers, A

This is the restaurant that you can hear about regardless of what state you live in. Executive Chefs have used this as an example in their culinary classes for 20 years. Outstanding steaks, food, and service. Dont' miss the opportunity to enjoy an exceptional meal!

My wife and I have eaten here each time we've gone on a Colorado vacation. Usually a crowded place, dark and active. Breakfast food on your dinner salads, cowboy sized steaks, high altitude beer, super friendly staff. We have had especially great service from a waitress named Mary Beth, (four stars herself). Met nice people at tables next to us. Heck, that's why we go on vacations in the first place. Going again in March.

The C.B. has been one of the best places to get a great steak anywhere in the U.S. for well over 40 years. It is awe inspiring to find a restaurant that has maintained such consistant excellence for such a long period. I recommend it with no qualification.

Great place for a romantic dinner. Wonderful steaks, maybe even the best I've had. Dark, lots of corners and rustic wood.
