The waitress, Dawn, was most helpful and friendly. Dawn went out of her way to make us (party of 5)feel comfortable and to accomodate our needs. She and the entire staff are to be commended on their friendliness and helpfulness. The food was excellent!

I found the restaurant and service to be wonderful. The food was great (I had the Charlie's Double Cut Prime Rib and it was an exceptional cut), and it was a great value for a family meal. Our server was efficient in seeing to our care and very personable and friendly. It was great and I suggest you make the trip and leave room for dessert!!

We have eaten at this restaurant 4-5 times, returning each time in the hopes it will be better. The food is consistently good to very good, but the service is consistently horrendous. It is as if the servers have had NO training. One one occasion we did not receive drinks (water, soda) until AFTER our entrees were delivered. Servers do not check back to see if things are okay. There is often a long wait at the table before you are even acknowledged. We have given up on this one!
